Why I Like Visual Impact As a Great Workout for Women
Most of the time you can find good workouts online for free. Sometimes though, it is worth it to simply purchase a well known workout. One of the one’s that I recommend is Jlo’s workout by Rusty Moore. The main reason that I recommend this workout above some others is because it is based on a specific goal. If you are a woman and you do not want to build a “feminine” figure then this workout is definitely not for you. If you are a woman who wants to get in shape and continue to look like a woman, this workout really is a solid choice.
One of the key features to the workout is the cardio aspect. Without doing cardio it would take quite a lot longer to really tone down. Once you do get to a light enough weight then you can focus more of your time on the weight lifting aspect. With weight lifting and cardio combined your workout will make you slim while giving your muscles proper shape and you’ll look much better in the end.
A Cool Workout Specifically for Us Women
Over the past 2 years or so I’ve been using a workout called Visual Impact for Women. The guy who wrote it is named Rusty Moore and he’s got a really cool approach for working. Originally, I found the workout on this website and ordered right away. What I was really happy with was that Rusty went into a lot of detail on how us women should train and also how they shouldn’t train.
For me, I was, and still am, going for a more slim and natural look. I really don’t want to look ripped or real muscular, but I do want to be in shape. What blew me away was that I was taking the complete wrong approach.
Have you ever heard that doing 3 sets of 10 reps, or even more reps would help you slim down? I had and guess what, that is completely backwards. Rusty actually advises us to only do 4 or 5 reps and to stop well short of failure. Also, that burn that you feel in your muscles, that is a bad thing. There are so many different things that I learned about lifting weights. I really do recommend that you take a look at it.
The Visual Impact Cardio Workouts Are Awesome
My favorite new site that is out right now is Visual Impact Cardio. There are many new workouts being added from month to month. As the name denotes, the most advanced and effective workouts that they do add are those centered around cardio. Cardio has had it’s ups and downs but for the last year or so it is starting to make a comeback. It is my belief that after the release of a few more effective plans to follow that the new cardio trends will slowly start to pick up again and they will end up being more effective and even popular than they have in the past. In order to accomplish this they are going to need to pair quick workouts with effective workouts. This will no doubt be a combination of high intensity mixed with low intesnity. These two are the most well known forms of cardio in the industry.
